All devices that we sell have been rigorously tested in specialized laboratories and only when they fulfill certain quality receive a certificate after which they can go on the market.

Every  restored Cisco appliances has a warranty of one year..

Extended warranties

Network Manager is offering for our client two types of support which are related for equipment which we provide. Those services are paid and negotiated extra.

Delivery of equipment within the warranty before receiving faulty device

Delivery of equipment in warranty before receiving faulty device, are based on next-day delivery. This service is intended for those customers which can not afford crash of the network system and waiting for repair which is mandatory in standard warranty. Internet service providers and cable operators are primary target group of this service. Network management undertakes to change the device immediately after the failure of the device is noted for each company to apply for this service.

Prolonged warranty

After the deal for the network equipment  is concluded every customer of the Network Manager can choose the service that guarantee  two or tree years extended warranty.In every year of the warranty the same rules applies as in the first year.

System maintenance

Network Manager knows how much is important for one company to have working and reliable network system. Our team of always available, certified engineers with great experience in implementing the various network systems and services will manage your network after the conclusion of agreement for system maintenance. Our large stock of various equipment is guarantee for fast fixing the problem regardless of whether if you are ISP, cable operator or just company which wants reliability. In Network Manager Warehouse you can always find great quantities of Cisco routers, switches, APs, IP phones and CMTS equipment, which are all necessary to solve the problem.

During the duration of the contract for the maintenance of the system, we are open to suggestions and ideas. Going to terrain at the appointed time, mobility and quality work are among our greatest strengths.

24/7 packet

  1. Monthly maintenance 24 / 7 working days
  2. Response upon notification of failure
